Staying at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and spacious, offering a good view, but unfortunately were located below ground level. The service was exceptional, with friendly and service-oriented staff who went beyond our expectations, especially Sofia. The location was superb, with a great sea view and helpful staff, but the disappointing aspect was that umbrellas on the beach were not readily allocated. The dining experience was delightful, with a rich buffet and delicious pastries, while the facilities were well-maintained and modern.

The dining experience was delightful with a wide range of delicious meals, but the options were a bit limited at times. Overall, the facilities were great, but there were a few areas for improvement like the noise from the passages near the rooms and the occasional lack of politeness from some of the staff members.

The hotel's location by the beach was perfect, with clean and well-equipped rooms, though different from the pictures on the booking site. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff not always polite but others, like Sofia, being very welcoming. The dining experience was enjoyable with a rich buffet, but the early closing time was a downside. Overall, the facilities were good, making the stay comfortable and convenient.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were new and well-equipped, giving a beautiful ambiance with comfy beds. However, the constant foot traffic in front of the balcony disrupted the peace. Being allocated only one umbrella on the beach was a downside for me.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with huge terraces, a decent set of facilities, and a beautiful beach, ideal for a family of two adults and two young children. While the rooms are nicely decorated, they could use an improvement in quality. The location, right at the beach, is superb, and the staff, especially Sofia, always greets you with a smile.
